About the Journal

Specifically, the Journal of Holistic Early Childhood Education (JHECE) focuses on publishing recent research findings, theoretical studies, and innovative practices in the field of Early Childhood Education (ECE), emphasizing holistic, integrative, and sustainable child development. The journal adopts a multidisciplinary perspective that integrates pedagogical, psychological, social, cultural, and technological dimensions within both local and global contexts.

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to: Innovative approaches in early childhood learning (play-based, STEAM, project-based, student-centered) Early childhood development (cognitive, language, social-emotional, moral, and spiritual) Integration of digital technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and interactive media in early learning Character education, multiculturalism, inclusivity, and local wisdom Management, policy, and leadership in early childhood education institutions Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and ecotheology Child well-being and child protection The role of family and community in the early childhood education ecosystem This journal promotes a multidisciplinary and evidence-based approach to address contemporary challenges in early childhood education in the global era.
